What it does

Whenever you damage a Survivor who is not the Obsession with a basic-attack, you earn 1 Token, up to 8. For each Token, your basic-attack cooldown are 5% shorter. Whenever the Obsession takes damage, lose 2 Tokens. While the Obsession is dead, you cannot earn Tokens.
